Policy Changes
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Beginning November 1st, we will be transferring over to a new customer account program (STUDIO BRIDGE) that will improve your experience as a Ryan Ace Music member! STUDIO BRIDGE helps maintain your history and account information in a much more secure database, as well as automatically keeping record of your monthly attendance and payments.
During one of your lessons within the month of October, you will be asked to use one of our devices to register your own account. Once you have finished the registration process, you will receive an email to confirm your new account, and then you will now be able to access your own account information!
PAYMENTS
STUDIO BRIDGE helps keep your lessons stay paid on time by automatically determining how many lessons you will have from the beginning of the month until the end of the month. You won’t have to worry anymore about when your next payment is due!
During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card information into your account. Once confirmed and fully registered, you will be pre-billed on November 1st for the lessons within that month.

FAQ
What happens if I/we miss 1 or more excused lessons within the month? Will I still have to pay the same amount for the following month?
STUDIO BRIDGE automatically determines which lessons were missed within the current month, so it will discount your payment for the following month. It’s that simple!
Are there any additional fees for having my credit/debit card charged automatically?
No, there will be no additional fees for having your card placed on file in your STUDIO BRIDGE account.
Do I have to provide my credit/debit card information to register?
If you choose to opt out of having your credit/debit card information placed into your STUDIO BRIDGE account and be pre-billed automatically, you will have to provide your card information to us personally with an authorization form, and you may be subject to additional processing fees.
How will I be billed if I decide to pay with cash or check instead?
All students who are not being pre-billed automatically through STUDIO BRIDGE will be required to make their lesson payments by the first full week of the month. Any payments made after the first full week of the month will incur a $5 late penalty fee, and an additional $5 for every week the lesson(s) remains unpaid.
What if I fall under special circumstances (scholarship, Gardiner, etc.)?
If you have special circumstances, please let us know, and we will create your account for you.
These policy changes will go into effect NOVEMBER 1, 2018.
